Advent Study

Join other Young Adults from the Eastside Family for a special Advent Bible Study as we prepare our hearts for the season of Christmas. This year we will be participating in the program, "Rejoice! Finding Your Place in the Advent Story", created by Ascension Press and hosted by Fr. Mark Toups, Sister Miriam James Heidland, and Fr. Josh Johnson. Walk with us as we encounter the places, people, and events that surrounded Christ's birth thousands of years ago and reflect more deeply upon God's faithfulness in fulfilling His promises to His people!

This small group study will be offered on Wednesday nights at 8 pm at St. Cecilia (immediately following Adoration) in the Parish House. We will be completing a group order for books so that they can be discounted with a group rate, and the form for this can be found below. If you are unable to join us for our meetings, please know that you are still welcome to order a devotional to walk with us in spirit while completing the study independently. Books can be picked up the weekend of the first Sunday of Advent at St. Cecilia/St. Mary/the Oratory!

We have concluded our period of registration for this Young Adult Study. A few extra books have been ordered for those who may have missed the deadline, so please reach out to Haley to inquire about purchasing one of these. If you have to order one on your own, please still feel welcome to join us for our first meeting on Wednesday, December 6th at 8 pm in the St. Cecilia Parish House. Thank you!
